Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within five working days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every item is in stock permanently. Should an item be out of stock it will be necessary to make it to order and this may take between three and five weeks to make and deliver, we will let you know upon purchase if this is the case. Please bear this in mind upon purchase. Should you need your order for a special occasion then please contact us and we will let you know the availability of that product.

Delivery Method

Free shipping is offered on all orders, and will be sent by royal mail recorded delivery. All orders will require a signature.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not please return it to us unused and in the same condition as when you first bought it. we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase provided it reaches us within 14 days of purchase.

Unfortunately post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please retain proof of posting.

Your Purchase

All patterns are digitally printed onto 100% silk, wool or cotton velvet. All products are printed and made in the UK. Due to the nature and delicacy of such fabrics please handle with care, natural markings may sometimes occur due to the sensitivity of the material.

All products handwash cool, very short spin, dry flat. Wool cushions dry clean only.
